airoplay shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits or revenue; (c) loss of gaming opportunity resulting from platform downtime, maintenance, or technical error; (d) actions of third-party payment processors; or (e) any loss arising from the Player's own breach of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits airoplay's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, account balances, bonus terms, or any other matter arising from the use of the airoplay platform, the Player should first contact airoplay's customer support team via live chat. airoplay commits to providing an initial response within four (4) hours and a substantive resolution within five (5) business days for standard disputes.
If a dispute is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction through airoplay's internal process, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR, which has supervisory and enforcement jurisdiction over airoplay as a licensed Philippine gaming operator. airoplay will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated investigation or mediation.
Any legal action arising from these Terms that is not resolved through the processes in Sections 14.1 and 14.2 shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the following applicable statutes and regulations:

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting airoplay support via live chat.
